Installation details that must be paid attention to in steel structure processing
In the construction of steel structure engineering, there are many details to pay attention to, especially in the installation process. We need to carefully operate and inspect the steel structure before, during and after installation.
1. Before the installation of steel structure processing members, the quality of steel members shall be checked. In case of deformation and defects, the steel members shall be measured and corrected according to the engineering characteristics within the range of allowable deviation. For the welding of thick steel plate and dissimilar steel plate and the main process of high-strength bolt installation, the process test shall be carried out before installation, and the corresponding key points of construction process shall be prepared.
2. When the expanded assembly unit is used for installation, the strength and stability of steel members that are easy to deform shall be checked, and reinforcement measures shall be taken when necessary; During the comprehensive installation of steel members, it shall be divided into several independent units. After the installation of all steel members of each unit, a spatial stiffness unit shall be formed.
3. During steel structure processing, the columns, beams, roof trusses, supports and other main components of steel members shall be corrected and fixed immediately after they are installed in place. The steel members installed on the same day form a stable space system. During the installation and correction of steel structure, corresponding adjustment measures shall be taken according to the influence of external environment such as wind force, temperature difference and sunshine and welding deformation.
4. When using the installed steel structure to hoist other components and equipment, the consent of the design unit shall be obtained, the checking calculation shall be carried out, and corresponding measures shall be taken.
5. During steel structure processing, 70% of the contact surfaces of the nodes tightened according to the design requirements shall be close to each other. Check with a 0.3mm thick feeler gauge, and the sum of the insertable areas shall not be greater than 30% of the total contact jacking area; The edge clearance shall not exceed 0.8mm.
6. When installing high-strength bolts, the bolts shall freely penetrate into the holes and shall not be used as temporary installation bolts. At the same time, the installation of high-strength bolts shall be tightened in sequence, and shall be tightened outward in the order of the center of the bolt group, and the final tightening shall be completed on the same day.
